Songify is Not Working

If the window won't even open:

• Run Songify.exe from its own folder, not out of the zip.
• Add an antivirus exclusion for that folder. Heuristic scanners hate unsigned .NET apps — why VirusTotal flags it.
• Try a fresh extract of the latest release rather than repairing a half-updated folder.

If it opens but nothing useful happens:

• Spotify / Pear has to be playing, not paused on a dead tab.
• Re-link Spotify and Twitch. Expired tokens look like "Songify is broken."
• Widgets need the web server started. The site needs an API token.

Logs are under Settings → Logs. You can upload one to the log analyzer; the file is not stored. If that doesn't point at anything obvious, open a support ticket and attach the log.
