Setting Up OBS Integration

Songify talks to OBS through a Browser Source. You copy a URL from the Widget Store and paste it into OBS.

1. Start Songify's web server (Settings → WebServer → Start, port 22345 unless you changed it).
2. On the Widget Store, confirm it connected, pick a widget, copy the link.
3. In OBS: Add → Browser Source.
4. Paste the URL. Set width and height to the widget's size — don't leave 800×600 if the widget is 1920×1080.
5. Drag it into place like any other source.

A few things that actually bite people:

• OBS and Songify should be on the same PC, or you need the LAN IP under Widget Store → Advanced. Some browsers block that from an HTTPS page; OBS itself is usually fine.
• If Require WebSocket password is on in Songify, enter the same password in the Widget Store before you copy the link.
• "Refresh browser source when scene becomes active" is useful for countdown / credits widgets that should restart each time you cut to them.

The old localhost:3050/widget/... URLs from earlier docs are not a thing. Always copy a fresh link from the store.
